Daha sonra gerçek yazıcıya belgelerinizi gönderebilir ya da buradan kaydedebilirsiniz.

Herhangi bir dosyayı yazdırmak için herhangi bir program içinde Dosya > Yazdır yoluyla priPrinter seçilir. Daha sonra programın ana ekranı gelir ve buradan çeşitli ayarlar yapılabilir. Üstte bulunan çeşitli ayar simgesine, ayrıca belge ya da resmin üzerine fareyle sağ tıklanıldığında açılan ayar penceresinden değişiklikler yapılabilir. Bu ayarlar içinden kağıt türü, açı, sıkıştırma, ölçekleme, yazma yeri gibi seçenekler değiştirilebilirsiniz.

Ayrıca Insert menüsü içinden belgeye boş sayfa, benzer sayfa eklenebilir. Sayfa numarası, genel numara, resim, metin ve filigran eklenebilir. Bu sayede önemli belgelerinizi korumak için kendi isim, resim ya da damganızı ekleyerek bir çeşit koruma altına alınabilir. Filigranda Türkçe karakter sorunu da yok. Yine bu kısımdan yazı tipi, boyutu, renk, açı, saydamlık değerleri girilebilir.
